Martin Wright after a Mias course
A very well run course for mias 1 and 2 despite mini booking absolutely shite weather Couldn’t ask for more really, enthusiastic, patient and not over serious. Just how it should be. Highly recommend
I went out today with Mini for a three hour beginner session around Lady Canning’s Plantation
I was asked to help teach a 6yr old how to cycle
I want to tell people about the fantastic experience my 6 year old son has just had with Mini Mansell of Peak District Mountain Bike Riding. After being a boy happy and confident zipping around on his bike with stabilisers, my Son suddenly became really worried about removing them- to the point where he flatly refused to go on his bike anywhere anymore, even with stabilisers. It had become the bogeyman.
OkMini offered to help with this and quite literally after only half and hour of tuition- which with Mini is cleverly disguised as nothing but fun- my Son was riding the full length of Endcliffe Park field without stabilisers with a big smile on his face!!
Mini is just starting out his business and needs help spreading the word. If anyone needs confidence building, wants to learn new skills or routes in the peaks then please give him a call. Mini is a lovely guy with a great sense of humour -I’d highly recommend him to all age groups and abilities. Check out his website at

Just to say thanks for the top course on 5/6th Aug. Thoroughly enjoyable. Having a little think about the level 3.

An awesome weekend in the Peaks with the guys doing my MIAS qualifications, can now add MIAS Level 1 & 2 (Mountain Bike Leader). Some rough stuff up in the Peaks, climbs, descents but all worth it
